All end users are subject to the strict observance of the terms and conditions listed below. If any of the terms are violated or ignored by the customers, Rigzone Digital Store will not tolerate it and will not make any concessions. Terms and conditions are carefully crafted to ensure both your safety as a customer and the longevity of your iOS devices.

 

  • For all of our iOS devices, the store will offer a replacement and refund policy for seven days. We will notify you and provide you with images and information on the product’s inside and external conditions before we send it. We pledge to always be open and honest with our clients. Therefore, we will also be expecting the same decency from you. If a consumer destroys something, we won’t accept returns or exchanges unless there is a valid explanation.
  • All of the pre-owned items in our store come with a minimum one-month warranty. comprising the speakers, batteries, motherboard, keyboard, and display. The warranty will be canceled and transferred to the paid service department if the consumer is at negligence.
  • All of your iOS devices may receive help from our store’s powerful service department. You must be honest with our support staff if something went wrong with your iOS devices. If something is discovered on our end, we shall not provide you with any more assistance at no cost, and any warranty packages you may have purchased will also be cancelled.
  • To ensure the quality of the items, we will review a quality checklist before to shipment. both on the outside and the inside. Furthermore, we shall maintain a record of each iOS device that we sell to our customers. We will not tolerate any changes made by customers or any other third parties, and the warranty will immediately become of no value.
  • Since we exclusively deal with Apple products, as everyone is aware, we will make every effort to ensure quality before the product enters your hands. even though they do exist. Many iOS devices are pre-owned and arrive in open boxes; some of these devices are older than three years, despite our best efforts to ensure that the devices are of a high caliber. Since we are not manufacturers and merely resale branded items, anything might happen sometimes, which is why it is electronic products. We promise to always be trustworthy and devoted to every client.
  • Any client who pours water on the product by mistake, works in a dusty environment, or uses the product roughly—opening and shutting the display carelessly, placing weights on the MacBook Pro, or pushing the display—will void their warranty and require costly repair.
